Booking procedures and cancellation policy

Booking Terms: Credit/Debit cards are needed to secure a reservation. The card used needs to be shown upon check in.

Full rental payment will be taken on arrival for all reservations with a flexible cancellation policy. Full payment will be taken upon making the booking if a non refundable policy is chosen. This will not be refundable or transferable should your travel plans change.

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and cash in GB Sterling (GBP) only. Studios2Let reserve the right to pre-authorise credit card a week prior to the arrival and any pre-authorisation will be done in the currency where the card is registered to and this cannot be altered on arrival. Non refundable bookings will also be charged on the currency where the card is registered to if promted. This also cannot be altered.
Studios2Let need to be advised 7 days prior to the day of arrival to avoid cancellation/no show fees. If less than 7 days notice is given the guest will be charged 1 night rent if their stay is less than a week and 3 nights rent if the booking was in excess of 7 nights. Any special offer/discount bookings will be charged once the booking is made and as per policy attached. This is non transferrable non refundable under any circumstances.

At Studios2Let, additional charges include:
Telephone Calls: Telephone calls are charged separately. It is the guest’s responsibility to pay all telephone call charges incurred during their stay in an apartment.
Cleaning: Studios2Let will give a general cleaning to the apartments. Bedding and towels will be changed if you are staying for 7 nights or more and on allocated days. Please re-use your towels if you can. Studios2Let expects the apartments to be left in a reasonable condition on departure. If, at our discretion, additional cleaning is required on departure, the cost of this cleaning will be charged as an additional charge. This includes any crockery or kitchen ware and appliances. In addition, if an apartment is deemed unfit for occupation, the guest will be obliged to pay compensation to Studios2Let for loss of revenue in addition to the costs of cleaning and repair. Studios2Let reserves the right to charge £100 plus VAT (in addition to the general cleaning charges) for specialist cleaning to an apartment and/or its contents where smoking has taken place in a smoke free building. Studios2Let retains the right to pre-authourize your card for any extras upon check in.

Damages: Damages to the apartment or contents caused by the guest must be paid in full by the booker. In the event of any breakages or damage discovered after the guest vacates, Studios2Let will notify the booker by e-mail within 1 week of the guest’s departure, providing a detailed breakdown of the applicable charges and the cost of rectifying them. Where possible, photographic evidence will also be supplied.
