Yes, we will be more than happy to store your bags before your check in or after you vacate the studio but please note that we do not offer overnight storage.
Please do inform Reception of your arrival time, we will do our best to accommdoate you. Should an early arrival not be possible you can leave your bags with us free of charge.
Please ask Reception whether a later check out is possible, this will depend from the availability of the day. You are more than welcome to leave your bags with us for few hours after you check out free of charge. Please note, no overnight storage.

Yes, all our studios have central heatinng, which can be regulated individually.
Please note that our maximum occupancy is 2 per studio. We do not provide cots or extra beds.
Please note that we do not have a lift. Reception is at hand to help with bags, if you have specific needs please do advice reception ahead of your arrival.
No, our studios are not wheelchair friendly. .We have many studios on the ground floor however each builidng has few steps in order to reach the main entrance.

You may pay on behalf of someone else however we need permission to do so. Please contact Reception prior the arrival day and they will adivse.
We have a portal that will allow you to check in, upload your ID and securely pay for your stay. You will only need to pass by reception to collect your key.
